Superior Home Care Services, Inc. employs caregivers who are responsible for meeting the individual needs of each client as represented on the individual client care plans. Caregivers carry out specific duties and responsibilities related to contributing and improving overall quality of life for each client through the performance of these essential job functions:
- Bathing Assistance
- Dressing Assistance
- Personal Grooming Assistance
- Meals
- Mobility Supervision
- Transfer Supervision
- Toileting Supervision
- Fluids and medication reminders
- Exercise help and transportation
Care Providers MUST HAVE the following:
- At least one year of recent, paid, in-home care experience
- Be able to read, write, understand and speak English clearly
- Must have proof of valid/current auto registration auto insurance, and a good driving record
- Must have no misdemeanor or felony convictions
- CNA, HHA, MA, and LVN education is a plus but not required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Pass company HIPPA and skills assessment test
- Current CPR certification, a plus but not required
- HCA Registration
